At Atlas+, we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. This document explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the controls you have. If anything is unclear, email privacy@getatlas.me.

01Information we collect

Account data: name, email, company, role, and language preference.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and aggregated interaction events.
Connected source data: metrics and aggregations from sources you authorize. We do not collect raw row-level data unless you explicitly enable it.

02How we use your information

To operate Atlas+, including generating insights, alerts, and weekly briefs.
To improve the product through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
To communicate product updates and security notices. You can opt out of marketing email at any time.

03Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Ever.
We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, analytics, and customer support. The full list is available on request.
We share data only when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

04Data residency & retention

You choose where your data lives: EU, US, or MENA. Data does not leave the chosen region.
We retain data while your account is active. Closed accounts are purged within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention.

05Security

SOC 2 Type II audited annually.
Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Granular role-based access controls and full audit logs.

06Your rights

Access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy.
